We are constantly working extra hard to offer the best prices for the highest end quality lines. No seconds and no samples. For this reason, we do not offer price adjustments, but our prices change frequently due to sales and promotions. We will do our best to keep you advised of sales and promotions by email as well as the social media. Our designers, their brands, as well as rules set by our vendors on ‘standard pricing’, are most important in keeping an honest open relationship with all of our super wonderful designers. This means the manufacturers can limit us at certain times of the year from conducting sales and promotions. We hope you appreciate our desire to be above board in our business ethics, even when it is tempting to under cut a competitor. In the end, it hurts the lines you love and then they may no longer exist. Thank you for understanding our position on this.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax will be charged on any orders shipped within the state of Texas. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay sales tax if applicable in their state.

Please expect your order to arrive via USPS, unless you selected the FEDEX option. We offer flat rate shipping of $8.50, unless you need express shipping. ORDERS OVER $150 receive free shipping!

- large items such as furniture will be shipped by freight. Carefully inspect all merchandise for any damage or defects upon arrival and contact us immediately if needed.
- All drop shipments are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will arrive in a separate shipment. Items will be inspected by manufacturer/vendor . Should it “unusually” arrive damaged, immediately take a photo of box and damaged merchandise and contact the vendor. Do not discard the box, as the carrier may require it for proof.
- For international orders, bella-mi is not responsible for additional fees imposed by the destination country, as duty taxes or brokerage fees. We cannot be responsible for nor refund any such fees.

RETURN POLICY
We have had so much fun selecting whimsical, beautiful and high- end quality treasures for you, we hope you will have as much fun giving and receiving them. Should you find you need to return or an exchange an item, the butterfly flight is simple and clear : For any items you are returning please email or call us for an RA number (Return Authorization) before returning. Each return must have the RA number on the return label and a copy of the original invoice on the inside of the box, otherwise it will not be accepted and be returned to buyer at their expense. Please let us know when you email or call for an RA#, if you wish for us to pull an item in another size for you pending arrival of your exchange item. Items must be returned in new, totally unused condition and be in the original packing with ALL tags attached. For items that have been drop shipped from the manufacturer the return must have “manufacturer” approval.
- If an item has manufacturing defects or flaws we certainly want to have those returned and exchanged for you promptly. We try very hard to inspect each item upon arrival, but occasionally they fly out too fast. If this is the case we will adjust the shipping cost.
- Regular priced items must be “postmarked” within 10 days of receipt of package for a full store credit refund. Items returned after 10 days of original receipt will be returned to the customer at their expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A gift may be returned within 21 days for exchange or store credit with the name and address of the giver and the gift receipt in the box.
- Sale items must be postmarked within 5 days and are eligible for store credit only, this includes items that are purchased with a promotional coupon.
- No refunds on pettiskirts , special occasion or special orders – no exceptions. Pettiskirts may be exchanged for size/color if postmarked within 5 days. Unused is defined as not worn and in perfect condition. Special Occasion items would pertain to anything Baptismal or Christening as well as Flower Girl Dresses and Party Gowns. If you have a question on whether an item is in this category, please email orders@bella-mi.com or call us.
- Butterflies like their original cocoons (aka packaging) and like to be returned home in a traceable manner (UPS or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for items that cannot be tracked. We cannot confirm receipt of an exchange/return until it has been processed with us, approximately 5- 7 days. Orders with free shipping are eligible for a full refund with our above return guidelines, however, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. It can take up to 2 billing cycles for credits to show up on your credit card statement, this is out of our control.

PRE-ORDERS
Yes, we understand you are going to just have to have some of these goodies before they have flown out of the cage upon arrival, so pre-orders are an advance purchase on items scheduled to ship at a future date. This is great, because many of our designers can sell out on items before they even reach us, meaning when we are sold out that could be all there is. Each designer has it own estimated ship date, which will be placed on the product page and we will do all we can to keep you up to date. Pre-orders are returnable if postmarked within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. We know that buying in advance for baby butterflies can be challenging with sizing and we are happy to exchange sizes and styles that aren’t working for you or refund if necessary. We want you to be estatic over your purchase! Please note that canceled pre-orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You simply make a 50% deposit when ordering and then pay the balance upon shipment , OR you may pay in total when pre-ordering and it will be auto shipped to you, your choice.
ENCHANTING PETTISKIRTS
What would butterflies do without pettiskirts to flit around in? So the butterflies want us to give you some special care advise for their favorite thing in the world~ pettiskirts and tutus: Butterflies hand wash them in cold water or say you can use the hand wash cycle on your machine. Hang them to dry. They can be placed on a hanger or into a bag for easy storing. If so, just shake it when ready to wear and woo-hoo, it is enchanting once again. Never iron, but may be hung in a bathroom during hot shower to release any little wrinks. She will always recall these memories in pettiskirts forever! Buy a pettiskirt in their true size. Later when too short to wear, add leggings or jeans and boots for extra fun continued. Keep in mind that we can only “exchange” them for a different size/color. No refunds – no exceptions. These items are not included in any promotional offers except when free shipping applies.
